Dr. Bobby G. Moss Revolutionary War Symposium Field Trip


The Dr. Bobby G. Moss Revolutionary War Symposium honors Dr. Bobby Moss, a world-known expert on the Revolutionary War and will be held at the Cherokee County History & Arts Museum, 301 College Drive, Gaffney, S.C. 29340 on Saturday, October 5 at 2:00pm. Cherokee County is the only county in the nation that is home to three National Parks and is the perfect setting for this symposium. The program consists of the following presentations:

Introduction by Dr. Bobby G. Moss

“Col. James Williams and the Americans at Kings Mountain” by William T. Graves

“Patrick Ferguson and his Game Changing Rifle” by Ricky Roberts

Admission is free to students and also includes the Museum Galleries.
