Cypress Gardens Field Trip

About 25 SCVCS students and parents joined us on a tour of Cypress Gardens in Moncks Corner before the break. We enjoyed beautiful weather, heard the rare bellowing of gators, watched osprey feed their young, learned about the aquatic life in a blackwater cypress swamp and structure-function differences in amphibians and reptiles. We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful day. Join us in the fall for our next Cypress Gardens adventure!
